Leadershipx™ Program
Highlights
Leadershipx provides a structured process for
leadership growth and development. Our goal is to empower your leaders
to take responsibility
for their learning and stay accountable to the organizations goals.
We focus
on assisting them to develop the key leadership competencies; self-awareness,
leading people, leading change, focusing on results and building organizational
capability. We work with each leader on their individual challenges to provide
a completely customized development plan.
The program emphasizes three key
areas:
Assessment
We will assess the leader on both an external (peers, employees, supervisors)
and internal (self-assessment) basis. These assessments quickly identify the
leaders’ strengths and areas for improvement for coaching. They will
also be used as a benchmark to measure the leaders’ progress. (Leadershipx™
Performance Index)
Coaching
Our coaches will engage in an ongoing partnership with your leaders to
assist them in developing the competencies necessary for them to be
successful. We’ll
guide, facilitate, advise and hold your leaders accountable to their development
plan. Behavioral changes take time to be developed and refined. By making a
commitment to an on-going process, you can expect long-term, sustainable results.
Action Plans
Our program is based on taking effective action. We use thought provoking questions,
exercises and real world assignments to build skills and maximize talents.
Through regular coaching conversations, we can support your leaders in applying
their
learning to the needs of the organization. Our clients end every coaching conversation
with a clear plan of action for achieving their goals.
