Teamx™ Program Highlights
Teamx™ provides a structured process for team development and personal accountability. Our goal is to empower your team to creatively solve their own problems and develop skills of self-awareness, self-responsibility and self-management. The program emphasizes three key areas:

Assessment
We will assess your team to evaluate their current status. These assessments will also be used to benchmark their progress and measure the effectiveness of the program. After reviewing the results, we will create an agenda that best supports your visions and goals. (Teamx™ Performance Index)

Coaching
Our coaches will guide, facilitate, advise and educate you and your team to produce solutions that are tailored to their unique situations. Your coach will lead you and your team through an action based, self-development process and use day-to-day experiences as opportunities to learn and apply more effective ways of doing business.

Strong leadership skills are imperative for succeeding in today’s new work environment. Leaders are coached individually to assist in the development of key leadership competencies and to receive consistent support, focus and feedback.

Team Development
Teamx™ is designed to promote ownership and commitment to the development process. The coach will meet with you and your team for coaching sessions to facilitate the program, improve performance and hold the team accountable to their goals. The Teamx program includes extensive development in communication and interpersonal skills, which serve as the foundation for all other objectives to succeed.
